Refund policy

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds for consulting and technical service engagements.

Draft prepared October 7, 2026. Owner review is needed before publication to confirm business practices and applicable requirements.

Your signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement defines cancellation terms, payment milestones, and refund eligibility. Applicable legal rights continue to apply.

What this policy covers

Browns AI & Governance Solutions provides consulting, advisory, governance, cloud architecture, and technical implementation services. This website does not sell products, take online payments, or provide an automated refund process.

This page explains how to raise a cancellation or refund request. It does not create a universal refund window, a non-refundable deposit, or an all-sales-final rule.

Your written agreement

Before paid work begins, the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement should state the scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation rights, treatment of deposits, and any refund terms. Agreed service terms govern the engagement, subject to applicable law.

If the agreement does not address a relevant question, ask BAGS to clarify the terms in writing before payment or before changing the project. Nothing on this page removes a refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by law.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Request cancellation or rescheduling in writing as soon as the need arises. The signed agreement determines how notice, completed work, reserved time, and previously approved expenses affect the account.

Work already performed or costs already incurred are evaluated under the agreement. This page does not automatically declare those amounts refundable or non-refundable.

How to request a review

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your name and organization.
  • The relevant project, invoice, or agreement reference.
  • The payment date and amount involved.
  • The reason for your request and the resolution you are seeking.

Do not send full payment card details, banking credentials, or sensitive personal records.

Review and approved refunds

BAGS reviews the agreement, work status, payment records, and applicable obligations before responding. Any agreed credit, refund amount, and processing arrangements should be confirmed in writing.

The payment provider and original payment method affect how an approved refund is processed and when funds appear. This page does not promise a processing deadline or payment method absent the applicable agreement or written confirmation.

Billing errors and third-party costs

Report a duplicate charge, incorrect invoice, or suspected billing error promptly so the records are reviewed and any required correction is addressed.

Cloud subscriptions, licenses, and services purchased directly from third parties are governed by those providers’ refund rules. Any costs billed through BAGS must follow the client agreement and applicable law.

Questions and mandatory rights

Questions about service terms or refund eligibility should be sent to [email protected]. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections, payment-dispute rights, or remedies available under applicable law.
